Privacy policy

6 Degrees is operated by NeuroForge GTM. For any privacy question, or to request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, contact shan@neuroforgegtm.com.

• Account data — your name, email address and password credential, handled by our authentication provider. We never see your password.
• Ideal customer profile (ICP) data — the target-market descriptions, documents and preferences you enter or upload.
• Network data — the LinkedIn connection export you choose to upload (name, headline, company, position and the connection date contained in that file). We do not log in to LinkedIn, scrape LinkedIn, or automate anything on your LinkedIn account. The only path into the system is a file you export and upload yourself.
• CRM data — the statuses, notes, tasks, ratings and feedback you record against leads.
• Optional integrations — if, and only if, you explicitly connect them, email and calendar data used by the Chief of Staff feature.
• Operational data — sign-in timestamps, scan history and error logs needed to run and support the service.

Lead and company signals are assembled from publicly available sources — company newsrooms, regulatory filings, public job postings, public procurement portals, news and industry publications. We do not buy personal data from data brokers, and we do not enrich individuals with personal contact details harvested from third parties.

• To generate your weekly ranked lead list and warm introduction paths.
• To operate the CRM, feedback and history features you use.
• To improve results for your own account based on the feedback you give.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to advertise to you, and we do not share your uploaded network with other customers as a product.

Each account's leads, ICPs, uploaded connections and CRM records are scoped to that account at the database level, enforced by row-level security. One customer's data does not appear in another customer's dashboard.

• Cloud hosting and edge delivery for the application.
• A managed Postgres database and authentication provider for storage and sign-in.
• AI model providers, used to interpret ICP documents and score public signals.
• A payment processor for subscriptions. We never see or store your card number.
• An email delivery provider for account and notification email.

Each processor receives only what it needs to perform its function, and is bound by its own contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Weekly lists and CRM history are retained so your record stays intact across weeks. On written request we delete your account, uploaded connections, ICPs and CRM data, other than records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Email us and we will action verified requests.

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Access to your data requires authentication and is enforced per account in the database. See our security page for how to report a vulnerability.

6 Degrees is a business tool and is not directed to anyone under 16.

If we change this policy materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
