Terms of service

6 Degrees, operated by NeuroForge GTM, produces a weekly ranked list of prospective accounts with supporting public evidence and possible warm introduction paths drawn from the network data you upload. It is a research and prioritisation tool. It does not guarantee meetings, introductions, revenue or the accuracy of any third-party source.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are for the named user; do not share access.

• Setup and subscription fees are as presented at the time of purchase.
• Additional ideal customer profiles are billed at the published per-profile rate.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Setup fees cover work already performed and are non-refundable once that work has begun.

You retain ownership of everything you upload — ICPs, documents, connection exports, CRM notes and feedback. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the right to upload the connection data you provide and will use any output in line with applicable law and the terms of the platform you exported it from.

• Do not use the service to harass, spam or unlawfully profile individuals.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract or replicate the scoring methodology.
• Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the output as a competing data product.
• Do not probe, scan or interfere with the security of the service.

The application, its source registry, its scoring methodology, its trigger libraries and its ranking model are proprietary and confidential. Access to the service conveys no licence to any of it.

We aim for continuous availability but the service is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages can affect a weekly run.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect damages.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may request an export of your data.
